Harriet is a special dog and we are so thankful that we were able to get her into our rescue.

She is a standard sized Mexican Hairless that weighs about 32 pounds.  She has a lot of skin issues right now that we are working on.  

Harriet was abandoned with her brother Murray at a trailer home for 2 weeks.  She wouldn't come out of the trailer when we got there because she was frozen in fear.  The animal shelter came and got her, they held her for 72 hours and released her to us.

Harriet is very shy, but once she knows that you are not going to hurt her she will slowly warm up.  We have not been able to figure out her age yet because her teeth in the back are not in good shape.  The vet will do a full examination on her and get back to us with his best estimate.
