Rose is a female three year old pit bull mix weighing approx 75 lbs.  She is up to date on all of her shots and has been spayed.  She is a great family who does well with older children and some dogs.  She seems to do best with dogs about her same size/height.  Proper introduction is necessary. 

She is currently learning about cats.   She has learned to play nicely but needs to continue with this training.  She knows the commands of sit, down, stay and shake.  She makes an excellent dog to train as she is very eager to please her person, smart and listens well.  She has also learned to walk well on a leash. 

She has been in our home for a year and has become quite a house dog.  She loves to just “be” close to her person.  Unfortunately, we just don’t have the time to give her that she so deserves.  With 6 other rescue dogs, our time is very limited. 

We are looking for a loving home that will make her the center of their attention.  Someone who is experienced with this strong breed, appreciates their nature and has time to continue to work with her.  I will be happy to furnish additional information and pictures.
