Gizmo, a 2 year old Corgi mix deserves a special family that she can depend on.
She lived in filth within the ruins of a dog lot, receiving food and water only as an after thought. Her escape just brought her to an even darker point in her existence. She was struck by a car and left for dead on her own family's property, suffering until she was found on their front yard.
Our rescue was contacted and we proceeded to rush her to the vet for care. She has 2 fractures in her pelvis which include her hip joint leaving her where she requires over 6 weeks of crate rest to start her healing.
WE NEED A FOSTER HOME FOR THIS SPECIAL NEEDS BABY!! She is sweet natured and good with our 2 legged and 4 legged friends. Please help us get her healed so she can be reevaluated.
If she does not have a full recovery she will need her leg amputated, this is not fair for a dog that started her life in the wrong hands!!!
