UPDATE: 10/3/12 Sammie got injured at daycare today. He had to have surgery and had 4 drains put in.  Sammie's spirit is still wonderful and all he wants is to have his tummy rubbed.  We desperately need a foster home for Sammie while he is recovering.  Please let us know if you would like to foster Sammie.

Sammie is the sweetest dog you will ever meet.  He is polite, playful, kind and fun.  Sammie is about 4 years old and.  He was rescued from the pound a couple of years ago and his owner just can't care for him anymore.

Sammie is afraid of thunder and other loud noises and will run off if not contained.  He needs to be a house dog and have a fenced yard that he can play and exercise in.
