Meet precious Surrey.  She was abandoned in the parking lot of a local business along with her puppy.  Surrey was scared and confused.  She was underweight and covered with ticks.  Surrey is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms, but is expected to make a full recovery.  She is a great, loving dog.  She's highly intelligent and loyal.  Surrey is about 4 years old.
