River is a gorgeous purebred Australian Shepherd.  He is 6 years old, neutered and is blue merle in color.  River weighs 65 pounds, is current on all his shots and is heartworm negative (on monthly preventives).  River is as sweet as they come, he loves other dogs and cats.  He is housebroken and has been micro-chipped. Unfortunately River's owner had to surrender him to us due to the economy.  They are both very sad about this and we made them a promise to find River the perfect home.
