Hi! My name is Daisy. In the past, I really didn't have a place to call home. I mostly wandered around neighborhoods looking for food and a safe place to rest. A kind person took me in and started caring for me. I was pretty sick with something they call heartworms!! I had to get alot of shots and medicines, but I didn't mind too much because before long I started feeling so much better. My doctor now says I am heartworm free and I don't have to get anymore shots or take anymore medicines to make me feel better. Now I'm ready to find my forever home. My foster mom has showed me what it is like to be loved and cared for and now I can't wait to have my own forever family. Will that family be you?
Daisy is a 2 year old Lab/Shepherd mix and weighs about 38 pounds. She is a great "family-size" dog! She does well with people and other dogs, is housetrained, and is currently working on some commands such as "sit" and "shake." If you would like to meet/adopt Daisy, please fill out an adoption application today!
