Shiner is Cannoli's puppy, he is about 7 weeks old.  He is a designer breed called a "Chug" or Chihuahua/Pug mix.  Shiner was left in an abandoned home with his mother and another puppy.  The other puppy did not survive, but Shiner was a fighter and he did!!!  Shiner has some visual problems with his right eye.  We are not sure why, but it seems to be getting better for now.  The vet is not sure if this problem will correct itself or if it can get worse in the future.
