Rusty was left tied to a railing at a Church in town.  They called us for help, but we do not have any available foster homes.  PLEASE CONSIDER FOSTERING RUSTY SO WE CAN SAVE HIS LIFE!!!  He is very sweet and has been kind to every person he has met.  He also did well with the Pastor's dog and was very friendly when he met him.  He seems to be in good health, his coat and ears are clean and he has been asking to go out to potty. We think that he is around 3 years old by looking at his teeth.
