Prince Philip is one of 8 dogs we rescued from a hoarding situation. He has Chihuahua in him but we aren't sure what he is mixed with. He is 18 months old and weighs 12 pounds.
Philip is a spunky little guy with lots of love to give. He takes just a minute to warm up but will love on you as soon as he trusts you.
He would do best in a family with older children that can understand how difficult his past was.
