Janeway is shy with people when first meeting them. She likes attention although wants it to be petting, and not so much holding yet. She can be easily picked up and held, just likes to have her paws on something solid.
She is soooooo sassy now that she's getting older. The first few weeks with a new family she is liable to be a bit shy, but she settles down beautifully after that.
