Spencer is a 10 years old Dachshund. He is up to date on vaccines and neutered. He is a special needs rescue as you can tell from his video. We want to thank the person that donated the wheelchair. However, we still need financial assistance for other items that he will need; for example, diapers and possibly an air bag. Throughout all of this he is the bravest dog I've ever met.
