This precious boy was found as a stray and took up at one of our volunteers family members house. She loved him and did everything she could to find his owners but she didn't have any luck.
Neptune is a special boy, he had an injury at some point in his life and lost half of his tail. He is a lap cat and will put you to sleep with his melodic purr. We aren't sure how he does with other cats and dogs but he is a pretty mellow fellow.
