Stanley is a 10 month old Black & Tan Coonhound mix.  He currently weighs 41 pounds and is extremely adorable.  His foster dad rescued him from the pound the day before he was to be euthanized.  

He is super friendly with other dogs and kids, we don't know about cats yet.  He seems to be house trained, he hasn't had any accidents and lets his foster dad know when he has to go.   His favorite toy is a rope toy, he loves to play tug-of-war with it and chase it when you throw it.  

When Stanley barks it is a howl, he loves when you talk to him and he talks back in true hound fashion.  His foster dad works from home and when Stanley wants attention he lays his head on his dad's leg.  He is working with him on the sit command and does great on a leash.  If you are looking for a cuddle buddy then Stanley is the dog for you.  He will need a home with someone around a lot or another dog for him to keep him company.
