Cooper is a 1 year old mixed breed dog. We are guessing that he is a Kelpie/Rat Terrier mix but we don't know that for sure. What we do know is that he weighs 19.3 pounds and that he is absolutely adorable!!!!
Cooper is a very sweet boy, he likes to snuggle, give kisses and play. He does have some submissive urine when he first meets you but as soon as he is comfortable he doesn't do it anymore. Cooper did have an owner for this past year but she got ill and couldn't care for him as well as she wanted to.
