Sam is absolutely adorable, he has the coloring of a shepherd but he is a Chihuahua mix. He is 8 month old and only weighs 16 pounds. He was released to us by his owner who couldn't care for him anymore. Sam is very friendly and likes to hug you. He will act like he is going to kiss you but just wants to sniff your face.
