Melvin is an 8 month old purebred Chihuahua, he weighs 6.8 pounds. He was released to us by his owners because they couldn't give him the time and attention he needed.
Melvin is such a sweet little guy, so far he's been great with all humans and other dogs. We are placing Melvin in a foster home this weekend so we will know more about his personality then.
