Captain America Aka: Steve, is a 6 month old Golden Retriever mix.  He weighs 48 pounds right now but will be a large dog.  

This sweet guy was found as a stray and the people who found him brought him to the shelter before we could get him.  We are not sure what he has been through this past 6 months but he is such a wonderful guy.  

Captain America definitely has a Golden personality and you can't get much better than that.  He seems to do well with other dogs but we haven't tried him with cats yet.  He loves everyone so kids would be fine, but he could be a little too much for little babies without some good training.  

Captain will be neutered this week and is so excited to soon be welcomed into a new home.  He is an indoor dog and we would like for him to have a fenced yard for potty and playtime.  If not he needs an active family that will take him for walks.
