Parnell is a 12 year old Chihuahua, she weighs about 10 pounds.

She was owner released to us because they couldn't care for her anymore.  She is very adorable and shy.

Parnell likes other dogs as long as they are calm like her.  Puppies and active dogs are just too much for her.

She needs a calm home with adults and older children.  Young children would be too much for her right now.
