Gerber Daisy (Aka Daisy) is a 2 year old Shepherd mix that only weighs 27 pounds.

She is Bentley, the little Chihuahua's sister.  Their mother passed away in an accident and we took them into the rescue.

Daisy had previously broken her back leg and her mom had it pinned.  Unfortunately the pin was in too long and it didn't heal correctly.  Our vet is doing everything he can to save her leg, but if he can't it will need to be amputated :(

Daisy is a very sweet and happy dog.  She loves her brother Bentley but they don't need to be adopted together.  Daisy would love to find a foster home until she gets her forever home.
