Summer is a 4 year old Purebred English Bulldog.  She weighs 56 pounds and is a perfect size.

This dog is a dream, she is so sweet and loving.  She wants everyone to pet her for as long as they can.  She smiles at you and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world.

Summer was used as a breeding dog for her 4 years of life.  She is now with us and is safe and happy.  There are reputable breeders in this world, but she didn't come from one of them.  She was not healthy when we got her.  She had major infections in both ears and eyes.  Her skin was even infected because they didn't keep her clean.  If anyone knows English Bulldog breeds you have to clean between their folds everyday to avoid skin infections.

Summer has been treated by our veterinarians and she is recovering nicely.  She is in a foster home and is extremely happy that she is allowed to just be a dog.  She gets along well with all humans and dogs.  We did finally get to introduce her to a cat.  It didn't go as well as we hoped.  She chased the cat and actually put her mouth on him.  We are not going to adopt her out to a home with a cat so we can be sure he/she doesn't get hurt.
