Poor Rose...she was abandoned and left to wander as a stray for who knows how long. She found her way to someone's home, but they could not care for her and Rose then found herself on the fast track to the animal shelter!
One of our volunteers just couldn't stand the thoughts of seeing this special girl who needed a little TLC end up at the shelter, so she graciously welcomed Rose into her home. It turns out that our volunteer was right...Rose is a very special girl! She is a sweet, friendly, happy dog and is around 2 years of age. She is thought to be a hound mix and weighs around 50 pounds. Rose is healthy as can be now and ready for a forever family.
Rose does well with kids, dogs, and cats. She will be a wonderful family dog and is certainly deserving of a loving family. She is currently working on some basic obedience and house training skills. She is a smart gal who is sure to learn things with ease.
If you would like to adopt Rose, please fill out an adoption application from our website.
