Hello -- My name is Moe (some of my closest friends call me Butterscotch).  I used to wander around town all alone with no family to take care of me.  I couldn't use one of my legs very good and it was quite painful.  When I was finally found by a person I refer to as my guardian angel, I was just so tired, hungry, and ready to give up on life.  I was taken straight to the vet.  Come to find out, my leg was broken!!  It had been broken for a long time and I had nerve and tendon damage.  The vet had to remove my leg so that I could live my life pain free.  I was terrified to hear this, but I had great people around me that put me at ease and made me believe everything would be okay.  And they were right!  I don't know why I needed that leg anyways!  I get around just fine without it.  My foster mom says I'm extra special because I only have 3 legs now!  She also tells me that there is a forever family out there that will unconditionally love me, 3 legs and all!  I am so excited to find this forever family and start my life with them!

**Moe is a super sweet little boy who is around 2 years of age.  He does great with people, kids, and other cats.  He hasn't been around a lot of dogs but we are sure he would be fine with them too.
