Surry is a very lovely dog.  She is a long haired Dachshund, is about 1 year old and weighs only 10.6 pounds.  She is so sweet and petite!!  She needs a good home as soon as possible.  She is sad right now because she lost her friend.  When we found her she was sitting beside a male dachshund that had been killed by a car.  It was a horrible event, but we will get Surry through it.  She is very friendly and needs a home where she will be loved and cared for.  She is crate trained right now, but we don't feel it will be hard to house train her.
