Meet Ozzie, he is a very special and lucky dog.  Ozzie is about 8 months old and he weighs 40 pounds.  He will probably grow to be about 60 pounds according to the vet.  Ozzie's mommy was a stray and was being taken care of by a man who was in poor health.  The man passed away and the mommy and puppies we left to care for themselves.  By the time we found them they were older and afraid of humans.  When our volunteers went to catch the puppies there were many of them that were gone.  The two that they were able to catch had Parvo and passed away. 

Ozzie was stronger than the other puppies and we hoped and prayed that he didn't have the disease.  So far he is a healthy and active puppy!!!  Ozzie is warming up nicely to his foster mom, he makes good eye contact and even asks to sit on her lap.  He needs a permanent home to call his own, will you be the one??
