Shirley is a 1 1/2 year old Long Haired Chihuahua, she weighs 8.5 pounds. Shirley was released to us by her owners with her mom Laverne and her brother Lenny.
She was kept in a pen outdoors and is finally ready for a life of being indoors and spoiled. Shirley is a very shy girl and we are not sure why. Her mom is very outgoing and her brother is adjusting well to his new home. Shirley just has a hard time trusting people. She is good with other dogs but we don't know about cats.
She needs a quiet home with at least one other dog to play with. No children unfortunately because she is terrified of fast movement. She must have a fenced yard for her safety so she doesn't run off. Shirley will need a patient owner that can work with her to show her that not all humans are bad.
Please fill out an application from our website if you would like to meet her.
