Gidget is a 4 year old Chihuahua mix who weighs around 14 pounds.  

She has experienced some trauma in her life recently. Her favorite human has passed away and she is very sad.  Gidget is feeling stressed now in the home and her personality has changed towards the other dogs that live there.  She needs a home where she will be the only animal and have all the attention.  

She will attach to her new owner pretty quickly.  Some volunteers went to meet her and take pictures.  She was scared until they sat down and then she was right up on one of their laps giving them kisses.
