Meet Amelia, Lea for short. She's a very active and playful 12 week old German Shepherd Mix (we think) that's currently about 20 pounds. 

There's nothing shy about this girl! She is fun and spunky and always ready for adventure. She absolutely loves to run around the yard with her foster brother dogs, so a house with a fence is a must for this high energy spirit. She gets along well with other dogs but she can also entertain herself, so dog siblings isn't a necessity. She's interested in cats but so far hasn't displayed any signs of aggression towards them. Lea does love to cuddle and will follow her person around like kids chasing after an ice cream truck, so if you're looking for a best friend that will stick with you no matter what you've found your girl!

We're working on our house training. Lea's a smart puppy that knows to go potty as soon as she steps outside, and she's doing well not going in the house as long as she is taken out regularly. She's wonderful going into her crate, but will whine for 5 to 10 minutes after you leave her there before calming down. She's very smart and food motivated, and already knows how to sit and stick with her pack. We're currently working on stay and come.
