Need to Find a New Loving Home for our beloved dog Max. We are in the sad predicament of having to make this decision due to the passing of my husband and life changes as a result in moving into a small apartment. 

Max is an affectionate, loving, and playful fur baby. He loves people/children and hasn’t shown any signs of aggression toward them. He is extremely energetic and powerful and needs activity to vent that energy. He also is a sweet snuggle buddy who enjoys sleeping on the bed with me or my son. He plays well with our Corgi Mix and has shown interest in playing with other dogs just haven’t socialized him with other animals. So, I’m not sure how he would be with more animal arounds due to his strong will. I have seen him get excited and charges the fence wanting to get out when our neighbors mother’s dog when he comes over to their house. It is a big poodle that taunts him at the fence. So, that is the only dog I have been concerned about signs of aggression. So, not sure about other dogs since he hasn’t been around many dogs. 

He needs attention and to be showered with love from his owner and he will return this to you. He enjoys hanging out with people and has missed the attention he previously was able to get from my husband that was around most of the day. 

He is 70 lbs. Neutered and was treated for heart worms and his negative now. Only needs preventative meds now. Current on all shots. He is around 1 ½ - 2 years and was rescued by us from a family that had him outside chained in a fenced in year and not paying him much attention beyond feeding.
