Stella Blue is a Border Collie mix, she is about 9 weeks old and weighs 7 pounds.  Stella and her siblings were picked up at a gas station from someone giving them away.  

She is bow legged in the back and doesn't have a lot of strength in her legs.  We had her checked by our vet and he said it may be from lack of good nutrition.  We have her on a healthy diet and will see how she does in the next couple of weeks.  Her siblings have the same issues so they are also coming into our program.  

Stella is super sweet and loves sitting in your lap.  She met a dog belonging to one of our volunteers and she just wanted to love on him and play.  Stella Blue would really like to have a foster home if she can't find a permanent home right away.  

She will need a fenced yard for potty and playtime.
