Santee is a 6 year old Lab/Spitz mix, he currently weighs 51.6 pounds.  Santee's mommy had to go into a nursing home so we promised her we would find a great home for him.  

This boy has been through a lot in his 6 years.  He was found as a stray and was terrified of humans for the first year we had him.  Eventually he learned that not all people were bad and started to learn to trust.  Now Santee is a calm, sweet, loving adult that would make someone a wonderful companion.

Santee is house trained, he's great on a leash and he follows his foster mom around everywhere.  He loves to go for car rides and walk around his fenced yard.  He does like to chase cats so he needs a home without them.  He is good with other dogs through if you are looking for a friend for yours.
