Van is a 9 week old special needs Beagle mix puppy. He was born with a condition called Hydrocephalus or water on the brain. He has done extremely well and has no complications at this point being a normal puppy.
He is smaller than his siblings with a slightly larger head. If Van was in school he may have some learning challenges but Van doesn't have to go to school so no worries there!!
He weighs about 4 pounds and has had 2 sets of puppy shots. Van gets along well with children and other dogs. He is a loving puppy that will steal your heart just like he has stolen his foster moms.
